The fragility and complexity of how humans connect with one of the most remote destinations on Earth is explored in the new photographic exhibition Indelible Antarctica.
Five Institute for Marine and Antarctic Studies’ (IMAS) researchers recently returned from working in Antarctica over the 2017-18 summer season.
Further to their respective scientific endeavours, Karen Alexander, Justine Barrett, Felicity McCormack, Miranda Nieboer and Madelaine Rosevear also sought to capture and showcase the connections humans have with the Antarctic environment.
